The Council of Scientific & Industrial Research (CSIR) has issued an official communication regarding the digitization and uploading of legacy data for stores assets and inventory. This directive is aimed at all Directors of CSIR Laboratories/Institutes and Heads of Units to ensure a seamless flow of data within the newly implemented CSIR Purchase Software (CPS).

To leverage the optimum advantage of the digital purchase workflow process, CSIR Headquarters requires the immediate entry of legacy Stores data onto the CPS. The modalities for this upload have previously been explained to concerned officials by the CPS team.
All Stores and Purchase Officers (SMPOs) have been directed to ensure the complete uploading of existing asset and inventory data, maintaining the highest integrity and correctness of the information.

Important Deadline
