Registration Process & Deadlines

Nominations are actively invited from Central Government Ministries, implementing agencies of Government Departments, and relevant stakeholders. Registration is managed on a strictly first-come-first-served basis, determined by the date and time logged during the Google form submission.

Closure of Registration: Registration for any specific module will close either when the assigned capacity for that session is met, or 24 hours prior to the scheduled training date—whichever occurs first.

Important Instructions and Service Conditions

  1. The trainings will be hosted online using the Cisco WebEx platform.
  2. It is mandatory for all individual trainees to complete the specified Google form; failure to do so will result in not receiving the training link.
  3. Nominations must be sponsored in writing by the competent authority of the relevant Ministry, Department, Institution, or Organization.
  4. This official sponsoring letter must be uploaded during the process of filling out the registration form.
  5. Individuals working across multiple schemes only need to register once, listing all relevant schemes in the designated column; however, separate registrations are mandatory for different training modules.
  6. State Departments must contact their respective State Directorates directly for training related to the EAT Module.
  7. The training link will be dispatched to the email address provided in the registration form and must not be shared with anyone; unauthorized attendees will be expelled by the host.
  8. Due to stringent security protocols, recording or screen-grabbing the training materials or videos, as well as sharing or uploading them on any public domain, is strictly prohibited.
  9. Trainees must join the online session using the exact name registered on the Google form; joining with unmatched names, office names, or designations will lead to removal by the host.
  10. Ensure the submission of a correct email address to guarantee the receipt of the training link.
