Strict Eligibility Exclusions
The following personnel are not eligible to participate:
- Uniformed personnel from Defence Services, Para-Military, Central Police, RPF, CISF, BSF, ITBP, NSG, etc.
- Employees of Autonomous bodies, Undertakings, Public Sector Banks, or Corporations (even if administratively under Central Ministries).
- Casual or Daily wages workers.
- Employees attached to offices on temporary duty.
