Detailed Summary
To successfully conduct the tournament, a minimum of 4 entries for Men and 4 entries for Women are required. If the board receives fewer than four entries, the tournament will be held in a trial mode, and no trophies, medals, or certificates will be awarded to the participants.
Each Ministry is permitted to send only one official team, which can include employees working in attached and subordinate offices located in Delhi or New Delhi. Central Government autonomous organizations like UPSC, Election Commission, C&AG's Office, PMO, and Cabinet Secretariat are allowed to send independent teams.

Important Rules & Eligibility Conditions
- Ineligible Employees: Uniformed personnel (Defense, Police, Para Military, CISF, BSF, etc.), employees of Autonomous bodies/PSUs/Banks, casual/daily wage workers, and employees on temporary duty are strictly not allowed to participate.
- Team Composition: Both Men's and Women's teams will consist of 13 members each (12 players and 1 coach).
- Match Duration (Men): Matches up to the semi-finals will consist of one 9-minute inning. The final match will have two 9-minute innings with a 5-minute interval.
- Match Duration (Women): Matches up to the semi-finals will consist of one 7-minute inning. The final match will have two 7-minute innings with a 3-minute interval.
- Disciplinary Action: Referees can issue Yellow Cards for minor offenses (resulting in warnings or suspensions) and Red Cards for serious offenses (resulting in disqualification for the current and next match).
- Health & Safety: Participants must ensure they are physically fit. The CCSCSB will not be held responsible for any accidents or incidents during the event.
