Important Points & Eligibility Conditions
- Routing of Entries: All applications and entries must be officially sent through the Welfare Offices of the respective Ministries.
- Independent Teams: Central government autonomous organizations such as UPSC, Election Commission, C&AG's Office, Lok Sabha/Rajya Sabha Secretariats, Cabinet Secretariat, and PMO are permitted to send independent teams.
- Ineligible Personnel: Uniformed personnel serving in Defence Services, Para Military Organizations, Central Police Organizations, Police, RPF, CISF, BSF, ITBP, and NSG are not eligible to participate.
- Ineligible Employees: Employees of Autonomous bodies, Undertakings, Public Sector Banks, and Corporations are barred from participating, even if they are under the administrative control of Central Ministries.
- Casual/Duty Restrictions: Casual workers, daily wage workers, and employees who are attached to offices on temporary duty cannot participate.
- Disqualification: If an ineligible player is found to be included in a team at any point, the entire team will automatically stand disqualified from the tournament.
- Payment Method: Payments are only accepted via online transfer to Canara Bank, Khan Market Branch (A/c No. 90432010052140, IFSC: CNRB0019043) or through the designated BHIM UPI QR code.
- Liability: CCSCSB holds no responsibility or liability for any unfortunate accidents or incidents during the events.
