  • Official Sponsorship: Every nomination must be formally sponsored in writing by the competent authority of the respective Ministry, Department, or Organization. This sponsorship letter must be uploaded while filling out the registration form.
  • Registration Deadlines: Registration for any module will close automatically once the assigned capacity is reached or 24 hours prior to the training date, whichever comes first.
  • Multiple Schemes vs. Modules: Employees working on multiple schemes only need to register once, listing the schemes in the required column. However, applying for different training modules requires separate registrations.
  • Security & Sharing: The training link will be sent directly to the registered email address and must not be shared with anyone. Furthermore, recording or screengrabbing the sessions is strictly prohibited due to severe security restrictions.
  • Login Protocol: Trainees must join the Webex session using only the exact name provided during the Google form registration; joining with designations or office names will result in removal by the host.
