Eligibility Criteria
Applications are exclusively invited from eligible officers working under Central/State/U.T. Governments, Universities, Statutory/Autonomous Bodies, or Research and Development Organizations. Note: Applications from non-government employees will not be entertained.
- Medical Superintendent: Requires a recognized medical qualification, a PG degree (MD/MS) or MHA, and 10 years of hospital administration experience after obtaining the PG degree in a senior position.
- Superintending Engineer: Officers holding analogous posts, OR Executive Engineers with 5 years regular service in GP Rs. 7600, OR 10 years regular service in GP Rs. 6600.
- Executive Engineer (Electrical): Officers holding analogous posts, OR Assistant Engineer (Electric) with 5 years regular service in GP Rs. 5400, OR Junior Engineer (Electric) with 7 years regular service in GP Rs. 4600.
- Accounts Officer: Officers holding analogous posts on regular basis, OR with 2/3 years of regular service in the relevant field in GP Rs. 4800/4600 respectively. The CGA has requested forwarding applications of willing and eligible Senior Accounts Officers (Sr. AOs).
Important Points for Application Submission
- Applications must be routed through proper channel via the cadre controlling authority.
- The envelope should be superscripted clearly: "Application for the Post of [Post Name] on Deputation basis at AIIMS, Nagpur".
- Mandatory Documents to be attached:
- Completed application form (Annexure-B) and self-attested copies of educational and experience certificates.
- Up-to-date Confidential Reports (APARs) for the last 5 years, duly attested.
- Vigilance Clearance Certificate confirming no disciplinary proceedings are pending.
- No Objection Certificate (NOC) and Integrity Certificate from the cadre controlling authority.
- Annexure 'C' (Certificate by Head of Office/Under Secretary).
- No TA/DA will be paid for attending the recruitment process.
