EPFO Circular: iGOT Karmayogi Course Deadline Extended to May 2026

EPFO Update: Deadline Extended for iGOT Karmayogi Mandatory Courses (2025-26)

The Pandit Deendayal Upadhyaya National Academy of Social Security (PDUNASS), functioning under the Employees' Provident Fund Organisation (EPFO), has released an urgent circular dated May 20, 2026. This circular brings an important administrative update regarding the completion of mandatory courses and comprehensive assessments on the iGOT Karmayogi platform for the 2025-26 reporting year.

Key Highlights of the Circular

  • Extended Deadline: The final date for completing the prescribed mandatory courses and comprehensive assessments has been officially extended to May 31, 2026, or before the due date for submitting your self-appraisal in APAR, whichever comes earlier.
  • Reason for Extension: This extension was granted due to administrative exigencies, specifically the large-scale deployment of government personnel for ongoing and upcoming election-related duties which delayed timely completion.
  • Technical Support: Any officers or officials facing technical difficulties accessing the iGOT Karmayogi Portal must report their issues to PDUNASS via their official office email ID by May 23, 2026, to ensure the problems are resolved in a timely manner.
  • Urgency: The Ministry of Labour & Employment has mandated that all attached and subordinate organizations treat this compliance as "Most Urgent" and a "Top Priority".

Level-Wise Training Modules

To ensure targeted capacity building, the circular includes a detailed annexure of specific mandatory courses tailored to different organizational levels. The categorized courses include:
