  • No Referral Required: Beneficiaries no longer need a referral, permission, or endorsement from CGHS Wellness Centers for consultation, investigations, or treatment at TMH/ACTREC.
  • Validity Extension: These revised procedures are valid until April 22, 2028, or until further orders.
  • Identification: You must carry a valid CGHS card and a secondary identity document for registration.
  • Credit Facilities: Credit facilities are available for eligible categories, including advanced treatments like Bone Marrow Transplants, Proton Therapy, and CAR-T Cell Therapy.
  • Medicine Supply: Prescribed medicines will be provided by the Centre. If unavailable, patients may procure them through CGHS with a certificate from the TMH Medical Superintendent.
