Urgent Advisory: Deadline Extension for iGOT Karmayogi Mandatory Courses

The Department of Personnel and Training (DoPT) has issued a fresh Office Memorandum (O.M. No. T-28/27/2025-IGOT) regarding the completion of mandatory training for government officials. If you haven't finished your modules yet, it is time to log in before the server rush begins.

Key Deadlines and Requirements

  • New Deadline: The last date for Central Government employees and All-India Services (AIS) officers to complete their mandates is 30th April, 2026.
  • The Target: Officials must complete at least 50% of their prescribed annual courses and successfully pass the Comprehensive Assessment.
  • APAR Integration: Completion should happen before April 30th or before finalizing your self-appraisal in the APAR, whichever comes first.

Current Progress Snapshot (as of 07.04.2026)

Despite progress, the numbers show there is still significant ground to cover:

Category Completion Rate
3+ APAR-tagged courses Approx. 56%
Comprehensive Assessment Around 18%
"To have a seamless experience and to avoid peak-hour server congestion... it is advised to complete the mandated courses and assessment well before the mandated timeline".
