Non-Technical Cadre SPARROW Schedule
The Council of Scientific & Industrial Research (CSIR) has released the official schedule for recording Performance Appraisal Reports (PAR) for the Non-Technical Cadre for the reporting year 2025-26. Approved by the Competent Authority, this timeline ensures the systematic generation, recording, and completion of the entire process via the SPARROW portal.
