Key Provisions & Requirements
- Mandatory Proforma: All Postal Service Group 'B' officers seeking transfer between Circles or units must now use the official proforma (Annexure-I).
- Proper Channel: Transfer requests must be submitted through the appropriate administrative channels to the Directorate.
- Vigilance Clearance: Requests must be accompanied by a formal vigilance clearance to be considered.
- Required Attachments: In addition to the Annexure-I proforma, officers must include an up-to-date Posting Profile (Annexure-II).
- Rejection of Direct Requests: Any transfer application received directly from the applicant or as an advance copy will not be considered.
Annexure-I Details
The mandatory application form requires specific details including:
- Employee ID and Date of Birth.
- Date of initial appointment in the Department.
- Date of joining the PS Group 'B' cadre.
- The specific Circle requested for transfer and the grounds for the request.
- A signed undertaking declaring that the provided information is true.
