Overview

The Council of Scientific & Industrial Research (CSIR) has announced the celebration of Mission Karmayogi SADHANA Saptah from 2nd to 8th April, 2026. This initiative follows directives from the Department of Personnel & Training (DoPT) to foster a culture of continuous learning and capacity building across all government levels.

The Three Pillars (Sutras)

1. Technology: Focused on AI and emerging technologies transforming various sectors.

2. Tradition: Emphasizing Indian Knowledge Systems and indigenous governance insights.

3. Tangible Outcomes: Centered on citizen-centricity and measurable public value creation.

Employee Action Items

Required: Complete at least four (04) hours of role-aligned learning on the iGOT Karmayogi platform during the week.
  • Special focus on AI-related courses and the iGOT Marketplace.
  • Completion of mandatory courses for the APAR Cycle (deadline 30.04.2026) also counts toward the 4-hour goal.
  • Participate in "Samuhik Charcha" (group discussions) and webinars organized by departments.
