iGOT Karmayogi Deadline Extension

Reporting Year 2025-26

The Department of Personnel & Training (DoPT) has issued an Office Memorandum (No. T-28/27/2025-iGOT) regarding the further extension of timelines for mandatory training modules.

Updated Completion Deadlines

Due to administrative exigencies and election-related duties, the competent authority has approved the following extension:

  • New Deadline: 31st May, 2026.
  • APAR Clause: Courses must be completed before the submission of self-appraisal in the Annual Performance Appraisal Report (APAR) if that date falls before May 31st.
  • Scope: Applies to Central Government employees and All-India Services (AIS) officers.
"Employees may complete the mandatory courses and comprehensive assessment before 31.05.2026 or before sending their APAR to their Reporting Authority, whichever is earlier."
