- Upper Division Clerks (UDCs): Those in Pay Level 4 with eight years of regular service who have undergone training in Cash and Accounts are eligible.
- Experience: 3 years of experience in Budget, Cash, and Accounts is desirable.
- Age Limit: The maximum age for appointment by deputation must not exceed 56 years as of the application closing date.
