Reasons for Disciplinary Action

• Accreditation Failures: The NABH Complaint Committee confirmed the hospital's accreditation was placed in abeyance on November 26, 2024, suspended on March 03, 2025, and forcefully withdrawn on August 14, 2025.
• Violation of MoA: The hospital failed to notify CGHS of this withdrawal, which is a mandatory requirement under Clause 14 of the Memorandum of Agreement (MoA) dated December 22, 2025.
• Non-Disclosure: The facility failed to disclose a fatal fire incident.
• Financial Irregularities: The competent authority cited doubtful billing practices and an adverse past record as contributing factors.

Penalties and Directives

• De-empanelment: Removal from the CGHS panel for a period of 6 months.
• Forfeiture of Guarantee: 100% of the Performance Bank Guarantee (PBG) has been forfeited.
• Audit & Recovery: Bills submitted over the last 1.5 years will undergo strict scrutiny, and any inadmissible or excess payments found will be recovered.
• Credential Deactivation: The NHA is requested to deactivate the hospital's login credentials within 22 days of the order issuance.

Information for Beneficiaries

CGHS beneficiaries who were already admitted to the hospital prior to this order will continue to receive treatment at CGHS rates until they are discharged.
