Recruitment Methods

The updated rules specify distinct recruitment pathways for different categories:

  • Deputation: Most senior faculty positions at ISTM (Joint and Deputy Directors) are filled via deputation, including short-term contracts for some roles.
  • Direct Recruitment: The Stenographer Grade-II post at LBSNAA is filled through direct recruitment via the Staff Selection Commission (SSC).
