Important Guidelines
- Digital Only: Submissions must be made through the authorized online portal. Paper copies, PDFs, or emailed memoranda will not be entertained.
- Nodal Officers: Specific provisions are available for authorized Nodal and Sub-Nodal officers to submit on behalf of Ministries and Departments.
