The 8th Central Pay Commission is currently inviting formal representations, memoranda, and suggestions regarding pay structures and service conditions. This initiative aims to gather structured feedback from a wide range of stakeholders across the Indian government framework.

Who Can Submit?

  • Central Government Employees (Industrial and Non-industrial).
  • Personnel from All India Services and Defence Forces.
  • Employees of Union Territories and Judicial Officers.
  • Officers of the Indian Audit and Accounts Department.
  • Staff of the Supreme Court and relevant High Courts.
  • Pensioners and Members of Regulatory Bodies.
  • Service Associations, Unions, and Ministry Organizations.

Important Guidelines

  • Digital Only: Submissions must be made through the authorized online portal. Paper copies, PDFs, or emailed memoranda will not be entertained.
  • Nodal Officers: Specific provisions are available for authorized Nodal and Sub-Nodal officers to submit on behalf of Ministries and Departments.
Submission Deadline: 31st May, 2026 (Sunday)
