Subject: Disassociation of the name of DoPT from the CS Club's website and other platforms - reg.

1. Reference is made to O.M. No. 5/15/2024-Welfare dated 24.02.2026, where the recognition of the Central Secretariat Club was officially withdrawn by the Department of Personnel & Training (DoPT).

2. It has been observed that the Club continued to issue membership circulars under your signature stating the Club works "under the aegis of the Department of Personnel & Training (DoPT)," including on their official website.

3. Following the derecognition, the Club is directed to immediately disassociate the name of DoPT from all circulars, notices, and digital platforms. A corrigendum must be issued, and these actions must be completed within three (3) days of this letter.
