Overview
To monitor the actual receipts and expenditure for the 2025-26 fiscal year, the DAMA Section must provide daily flash figures to the Secretary (Expenditure) and Secretary (Economic Affairs). This reporting cycle is scheduled to commence on 16.03.2026.
Action Requirements for Departments
- Tax Collections (CBDT & CBIC): Pr.CCAs must ensure tax collections are uploaded to e-Lekha as soon as possible and emailed to the DAMA office no later than 3:00 PM daily.
- Non-Tax & Disinvestment: Concerned Pr.CCAs/CCAs/CAs must upload non-tax and disinvestment receipts daily on PFMS/e-Lekha.
- Non-Civil Ministries: The Ministries of Railways, Defence, and Posts are required to upload accounting data daily without fail.
- Interest Data: The CCA M/o Finance is requested to provide interest receipts and expenditure figures by 3:00 PM.
Contact & Compliance
Strict compliance is requested from all Pr.CCAs, CCAs, and CAs with independent charge. This memorandum has been issued with the approval of the Competent Authority and signed by Sanchita Shukla, Jt. Controller General of Accounts (A&FR).
