The Department of Posts has invited senior officers (IPoS Group 'A', Level 14 and above) to participate in the National Anubhav Awards Scheme 2026. Originally launched in 2015, the 'Anubhav' portal serves as a platform for retiring employees to share professional experiences and governance suggestions.

  • 05 Anubhav Awards for the best overall write-ups.
  • 10 Jury Certificates for other notable and high-quality submissions.

Eligibility Window

Submissions can be made starting 08 months prior to retirement and up to 03 years after the date of retirement.

Required Details

Ensure your submission captures: Name, Designation, Date of Retirement, Cadre, and total number of write-ups submitted.

Submission Process

Eligible officers are encouraged to submit their high-quality write-ups directly to the Personnel Division (SPG Section) at Dak Bhawan. This outreach specifically targets Level 14 and above to ensure the Department of Posts is well-represented at the national level.
