The Department of Personnel & Training has officially launched RRGEN, an AI-powered Recruitment Rules Generator Tool. This tool is designed to assist Ministries and Departments in generating Recruitment Rules (RRs) directly within the RRFAMS portal.
RRGEN has been meticulously trained on Departmental guidelines for framing and amending recruitment rules. It functions through a guided, conversational interface that elicits key information such as:
- Details of the subject post (Classification, Pay Matrix Level, etc.).
- Information on feeder grade posts and methods of recruitment.
- Aspects of probation, promotion eligibility, and DPC composition.
The tool acts as an expert advisor, performing automatic compliance checks and auto-drafting the 13-column schedule required for RRs.
Access: The RRGEN Tool is now integrated into the RRFAMS portal. Users can find it under the 'New Entry -> New RR Proposals' option on the home page.
