Subject: Extension of Last Date for Completion of Mandatory Courses and Comprehensive Assessment on iGOT Karmayogi Platform
New Deadline: 30th April, 2026 (Extended from 31st March, 2026).
According to the latest Office Memorandum, employees must complete these requirements before 30.04.2026 or before sending their Annual Performance Appraisal Report (APAR) to their Reporting Authority, whichever is earlier.
Key Mandates for Employees
- Mandatory Completion: Central Government employees and All-India Services (AIS) officers must complete at least 50% of the courses prescribed by their respective MDO/CCA.
- Comprehensive Assessment: Successful completion of a standalone assessment is required for the reporting year.
- APAR Integration: Status of course completion and assessment results will be directly fetched from iGOT and reflected in the APARs for the period 2025-26.

Profile Update Requirement
To ensure courses are correctly mapped to their roles, all employees must update their iGOT profiles to reflect their current role, position, and designation. AIS officers in States/UTs must update their service and batch details to be correctly mapped to their Cadre Controlling Authority.
