The following regulations regarding suspension review are part of the EPF (Staff and Conditions of Service) Regulations, 2025:
(a) Orders of suspension must be reviewed by the competent authority before the expiry of 90 days from the effective date, based on the Review Committee's recommendations.
(b) Subsequent reviews must occur before the expiry of the extended suspension period, which cannot exceed 180 days at a time.

This order is issued with the approval of the Competent Authority and supersedes previous circulars dated 21.11.2005 and 16.02.2015.
