Mandatory i-GOT Karmayogi Courses & Assessments for CSIR Employees
In line with the Mission Karmayogi initiative, the Council of Scientific & Industrial Research (CSIR) has announced a new Comprehensive Assessment Framework. Starting from the 2025-26 reporting period, employee competency will be evaluated through standalone assessments linked to their Annual Performance Appraisal Report (APAR).
Key Requirements
- Course Completion: Employees must complete three specifically identified courses for their respective levels.
- Standalone Assessment: After completing the courses, employees must pass a standalone assessment on the iGOT Portal.
- APAR Integration: Results and completion status will be automatically fetched from iGOT and reflected in the APAR cycle.
