Pension Fund Regulatory and Development Authority (PFRDA)
The Pension Fund Regulatory and Development Authority (PFRDA) has notified that all provisions of the NPS Vatsalya Scheme Guidelines 2025, originally issued on 07th January, 2026, are now officially in effect.
As per the latest notification, these guidelines are deemed to have come into effect from 23rd February, 2026.
Stakeholders are advised that Para 12 of the Guidelines should be read in conjunction with Circular No. PFRDA/2026/09/REG-PF/03.
