De-empanelment of Bombay Hospital from CGHS Panel

The Office of the Additional Director, Central Government Health Scheme (CGHS), Mumbai, has announced the immediate de-empanelment of Bombay Hospital from the CGHS panel.

Important Notice: Bombay Hospital shall not be eligible to provide credit facilities to CGHS beneficiaries henceforth.

Details of the Decision:

  • Reason: Non-compliance regarding the submission of a mandatory undertaking required under Office Memorandum dated 03.10.2025.
  • Effective Date: Immediate (as of January 27, 2026).
  • Exception: CGHS beneficiaries currently admitted may continue their treatment until discharge as per standard CGHS rules.

This order was issued with the approval of the competent authority for CGHS Mumbai.
