Bhutan Panel 2026-27: Transfer Opportunity for DAD Staff
The Office of the Controller General of Defence Accounts (CGDA) has issued a circular calling for volunteers for the upcoming posting panel in Bhutan for the year 2026-27. This opportunity is open to Senior Auditors, Auditors, and Clerks within the Defence Accounts Department (DAD).

- Application Deadline: 13.03.2026
Eligibility Criteria
Applicants must strictly fulfill the following requirements to be considered for empanelment:
- Service History: Applicants are eligible for only one tenure in Bhutan during their entire service.
- Performance Grading: Candidates must have an APAR grading of 6 or above for the last five years. At least three of those gradings must be 8 or higher. All APARs must have been earned in the SA/Auditor/Clerk grade.
- Disciplinary Record: No disciplinary proceedings should be pending, and the applicant must not have earned any penalty, including a recorded warning, at any time in their career.
- Sensitive Assignments: A period of two years must have been completed after the last sensitive assignment as of 31.03.2026.
- Station Tenure: Minimum of 3 years of service at the present station is required as of 31.03.2026.
- Superannuation: At least 3 years of service must remain before retirement as of 31.03.2026.
Application Process
Interested volunteers must submit their application through the proper channel using the prescribed formats:
- Annexure A-1: Must be filled by the individual and verified by the Admin section of the concerned PCDA/CDA.
- Annexure B: Individual details must be provided in MS Excel format and forwarded via email to admnx.cgda@nic.in.
- Verification: The GO (AN) of the concerned office must fill and verify the recommendation column (Sl. No. 15).
Please note that even if there are no volunteers, a "Nil report" is required from the respective offices.
