Celebrating 50 Years: Call for Articles for the ICAS Golden Jubilee

The year 2026 marks a historic milestone—the 50th Anniversary (Swarna Jayanti) of the Indian Civil Accounts Service (ICAS) and the Office of the Controller General of Accounts (CGA). To celebrate this legacy, commemorative publications are being prepared to capture the journey and achievements of the past five decades.
Who Can Contribute?
Articles are invited from all serving and retired officers of the ICAS, as well as all members of the Indian Civil Accounts Organisation (ICAO), including Accounts Officers, Accountants, MTS, LDCs, and other staff members.
Suggested Themes
- Public Financial Management: Digital transformation, budgeting, and accounting reforms.
- Institutional Evolution: The 50-year journey and innovations within the ICAO.
- Personal Anecdotes: Professional experiences from the field or policy levels.
- Lest We Forget: Tributes to deceased officers and staff highlighting their legacy.
Submission Guidelines
- Word Count: Preferably between 1,000 to 2,500 words.
- Originality: Articles must be original and unpublished.
- Format: Include your name, designation (serving/retired), and contact details.
