Eligibility Criteria 📋
1. Officers at the Centre:
Officers empanelled to hold Joint Secretary or equivalent posts at the centre under the Central Staffing Scheme.
2. Port Officers:
Must have the following experience:
- ⚓ 3 years as Chairperson in Category-II Port.
- ⚓ 4 years combined service as Deputy Chairperson of Category-I Port or above.
- ⚓ 5 years combined service as Deputy Chairperson in Category-II Port or above.
Note: Candidates must have "Very Good" APAR grading for the last 5 years and at least 2 years of service remaining.
