Overview
A dedicated module for handling out of turn promotions of sportspersons has been developed and deployed in HRMS. This feature enables processing, validation, and updating of promotion cases of sportspersons as per eligibility norms.

Field Units Request: All field units are requested to use this module for processing out of turn promotion of sportspersons.

Pending Cases: Cases which have not already been put up to the final authority for approval may also be processed through this module.

Support & Assistance: The relevant user manual is available under 'Help' option in HRMS for operation guidance.

Implementation Details
🎯 Scope: All Indian Railways, Production Units (PUs), and Central Training Institutes (CTIs) as per standard mailing list.
📚 Assistance: Railways/Units may reach out to the HRMS team of CRIS (Centre for Railway Information Systems) in case of requirement of any assistance or clarification regarding operation of the said module.
