The following are the maximum timelines beyond which APARs will be automatically pushed to the next level:

⚠️ Important Directives
- All timelines mentioned are maximum timelines
- APARs will be automatically pushed to the next level if not completed by the due dates
- Reporting/Reviewing authorities should process cases before the due dates whenever possible
- APAR Custodians must ensure strict adherence to revised timelines
- This extension is granted considering SPARROW's first year of implementation

✅ Key Points to Remember
- This is a revised timeline extending the previous deadline of December 15, 2025
- The new deadline for Reviewing Officer completion is January 5, 2026
- Employees have until January 23, 2026 to submit representations if needed
- Final APAR process completion deadline is March 5, 2026
- Officers are encouraged to complete their tasks before the maximum deadlines
