📝 Comprehensive Guidelines – CPENGRAMS Portal

As per “Comprehensive Guidelines for Handling of Public Grievances on the ‘CPENGRAMS Portal’ in respect of Pensioners of Central Civil Ministries/Departments”.

✅ The CPENGRAMS Portal is intended for redressal of grievances of pensioners of Central Civil Ministries/Departments regarding pension, family pension and related issues.

✅ All Ministries/Departments are required to strictly follow the timelines and procedures prescribed in these comprehensive guidelines for prompt and effective disposal of grievances.

✅ The guidelines lay down responsibilities of the Department of Pension & Pensioners’ Welfare, nodal officers, grievance officers and other authorities for monitoring and resolving CPENGRAMS cases.

✅ Pensioners are advised to submit complete details and supporting documents on the CPENGRAMS Portal to facilitate quicker redressal.
