Deadline: 31st January, 2026 - All Group 'A' Central Service officers must submit their Annual Immovable Property Returns (AIPR) for the year 2025 through the SPARROW Portal IPR Module before the deadline.
📌 Overview
Rule 18(1)(ii) of the Central Civil Services (Conduct) Rules, 1964 mandates every Government servant to submit an Annual Report with full particulars of immovable property inherited, owned, or acquired by them/their family members.
