⚠️ Important Notice

Deadline: 31st January, 2026 - All Group 'A' Central Service officers must submit their Annual Immovable Property Returns (AIPR) for the year 2025 through the SPARROW Portal IPR Module before the deadline.

📌 Overview

Rule 18(1)(ii) of the Central Civil Services (Conduct) Rules, 1964 mandates every Government servant to submit an Annual Report with full particulars of immovable property inherited, owned, or acquired by them/their family members.

Submission Deadline: 31st January, 2026
Portal Closure: After 31.01.2026 (No extensions)
Public Domain Display: By 31st January (Annual AIPRs)

🔧 Submission Procedure

Step 1: Access the SPARROW Portal with your credentials

Step 2: Navigate to the IPR (Immovable Property Returns) Module

Step 3: Fill in all details of immovable property as per CVC Vigilance Manual, 2021

Step 4: Upload relevant documents (acquisition permissions, sale deeds, etc.)

Step 5: Submit before 31st January, 2026
