Overview
This office memorandum provides a partial modification to Office Memorandum No. 267/2025 (dated 13.10.2025) regarding the promotion of Accountants to the post of Senior Accountant for the Vacancy Year 2026. The memorandum contains rescheduled dates for Departmental Promotion Committee (DPC) meetings that will be conducted internally to review eligible candidates for promotion. The DPC is an internal administrative process where the promotion committee evaluates candidates based on eligibility criteria, seniority, and performance records.
The DPC meetings are internal administrative proceedings. Employees do not attend these meetings. After the completion of DPC meetings, the names of employees who have been selected for promotion will be announced through official notification.

Monday, 24th November 2025: 9 DPC meetings (5 at 10:15 A.M., 4 at 02:15 P.M.)
Tuesday, 25th November 2025: 8 DPC meetings (4 at 10:15 A.M., 4 at 02:15 P.M.)
Wednesday, 26th November 2025: 8 DPC meetings (4 at 10:15 A.M., 4 at 02:15 P.M.)
Thursday, 27th November 2025: 8 DPC meetings (4 at 10:15 A.M., 4 at 02:15 P.M.)
Friday, 28th November 2025: 8 DPC meetings (5 at 10:15 A.M., 3 at 02:15 P.M.)
What to Expect After DPC
Following the completion of DPC meetings across all departments:
1. Promotion Results: After DPC completion, the names of employees who have been selected for promotion to Senior Accountant will be officially announced by the CGA.
2. Official Notification: An office memorandum or notification will be issued containing the list of promoted employees along with their new posting and effective date of promotion.
3. Internal Committee Decision: The DPC evaluates candidates based on eligibility criteria, seniority, performance records, and other prescribed parameters. This is an internal administrative process.
4. Official Communication: All eligible employees will be informed about the promotion results through official channels and notification posted on the CGA website.
