Eligibility Criteria

For the Assistant Director (Finance & Administration) positions, candidates must be in the Pay Level 11 of the pay matrix.

Required Documents

When submitting applications, candidates must include the following documents:

  1. Vigilance Clearance Certificate or Integrity Certificate
  2. Completed mandatory checklist as prescribed in O/o Controller General of Accounts OM No. A-35017/19/2021-Group B-CGA/07 dated 06.04.2021
  3. All supporting documents as specified in the original notification

Submission Guidelines

  • Applications should be forwarded to the Office of Controller General of Accounts (CGA)
  • All Pr.CCA/CCA/CAs (Principal Chief Controller of Accounts/Chief Controller of Accounts/Controllers of Accounts) of respective ministries/departments must inform all eligible officers
  • The checklist and deputation guidelines must be strictly followed
  • Applications must reach the CGA office on or before 19th November 2025
Important Notice: Central government employees must ensure they obtain the mandatory Vigilance Clearance Certificate/Integrity Certificate before submitting their applications. Incomplete applications may be rejected outright.
