The earlier "Note 1 and Note 2" under the Promotion section have been removed. Now only "Note 3" remains and has been renamed as "Note."

2. Deputy Director Position (Group 'A')

Current Amendment: Changed to "Selection" mode

For promotion to Deputy Director, candidates must now have:

  • Position: Administrative Officers in STQCD laboratories or centers
  • Pay Matrix Level: Level-9 (Rs. 53,100 - Rs. 1,67,800)
  • Service Duration: 5 years of regular service on regular basis
  • Training Requirement: Successfully completed 2 weeks training in relevant field or area as decided by STQCD from time to time

Notes Changes

The earlier "Note 1 and Note 2" under the Promotion section have been removed. Now only "Note 3" remains and has been renamed as "Note."

Deputation Eligibility Enhancement

New eligibility criterion added under the Deputation section (Sub-heading):

  • Officers from Level-7: Officers who have completed 5 years of regular service in Level-7 positions (Rs. 44,900 - Rs. 1,42,400) are now eligible for deputation consideration
