ICAS Training Calendar 2025-2026
Official Training Programs for Indian Civil Accounts Service Officers
The Office of Controller General of Accounts (CGA) has released the official training calendar for ICAS Officers covering November 2025 to March 2026. This comprehensive professional development program features 14 specialized courses designed by premier institutions including IIM Bangalore, IIM Ahmedabad, IIM Indore, IIM Lucknow, IIM Calcutta, ISB Hyderabad, and IMF SARTTAC.
🔔 Important Eligibility & Deadlines
- ✓ ICAS Officers from STS Level onwards are eligible (excluding JTS Level)
- ✓ Applications must reach HR-1 Section at least 3 weeks before course start date
- ✓ Prior approval required from your reporting officer or concerned Pr.CCA/CCA
- ✓ Training calendar approved by Department of Expenditure on November 3, 2025

📝 How to Apply for Training Programs
- Express your preference to HR-1 Section at CGA
- Obtain approval from your reporting officer (for encadred posts) or concerned Pr.CCA/CCA/DG(INGAF)/CC(P)/CFC/CA
- Submit application at least 3 weeks before course start date
- HR-1 section will process and convey nominations to the institute
- You will be intimated and requested to carry out required formalities
💰 Cost Coverage and Payment Details
For Regular Posted Officers
Expenditure borne by the respective Ministry/Department/Office where the officer is posted.
Requirement: Prior approval of Competent Authority
For Encadred ICAS Officers
Expenditure borne by the Office of Controller General of Accounts of India.
No separate approval needed for these officers
