Who Must Participate?
From Principal/Pay & Accounts Offices
- 1-2 nominated representatives from Principal/Pay & Accounts Office (PPO)
- These representatives should have knowledge of scheme onboarding status
- They should be familiar with TSA/TSA Hybrid implementation in their respective offices
From Program Divisions
- Representatives from Program Divisions of respective Ministries/Departments
- Personnel with knowledge of Funding Agency/Recipient Agency hierarchy
- Staff familiar with current scheme operations and implementations
From Banks
- Representatives of banks where Current Net Agency (CNA) bank accounts are opened
- Banking officials who can discuss account-related issues and technical requirements
Pre-Session Preparation Requirements
For Pure TSA Migration
Prepare the following details for each scheme:
- Ministry/Department name
- Scheme Name and Code
- Number of RBI Accounts required to be opened
- Number of RBI Accounts actually opened
- Whether scheme is flagged as M-1 (Yes/No)
- Number of RBI Accounts mapped in PFMS
For TSA Hybrid Migration
Prepare the following details for each scheme:
- Ministry/Department name
- Scheme Name and Code
- Number of RBI Accounts required to be opened
- Number of RBI Accounts actually opened
- Number of Savings accounts required to be opened
- Number of Savings Accounts opened to date
- Whether scheme is flagged as TSA Hybrid by PD (Yes/No)
- Number of RBI Accounts mapped in PFMS
