Key Highlights for October 2025

  • Cases Received: 1,38,575 new grievance cases were registered on the CPGRAMS portal.
  • Cases Resolved: 1,44,503 grievances were disposed in October, continuing the streak of over 1 lakh disposals for 40 months.
  • Pendency Status: 66,279 grievances are pending, of which 59.33% are less than 21 days old.
  • Appeals: 25,991 appeals received; 28,134 appeals disposed; 17,113 pending at month-end.
  • New User Registrations: 52,876 users registered on CPGRAMS in October 2025.
  • Common Service Centres (CSCs): 9,500 grievances submitted via CSCs.
  • Feedback: 65,197 feedback entries; 70% satisfied, 30% not satisfied among resolved cases.

The GRAI evaluates ministries on efficiency, feedback, domain, and organisational commitment, using 11 weighted indicators.

Performance Trends

  • Most grievances are resolved within 21 days, with the average closing time at 15 days for October 2025.
  • Feedback collection is robust, and citizen satisfaction stands at around 70%.
  • CPGRAMS efforts through CSCs continue to expand digital grievance accessibility.

Impact of New Categorization

DARPG launched a project for uniform categorization of grievances across 26 major ministries/departments. The new system enhances clarity, tracks trends, and enables ministries to address issues more effectively.

Notable Success Stories

  • Pension Arrears Released: Shri Jaivir Singh, through CPGRAMS, secured ₹12,81,496 in EPFO pension arrears after a long delay.
  • Income Tax Refund Processed: Shri Anil Yadav received a refund of ₹14,25,360 after escalation via the portal.
  • Insurance Claim Settled: Shri Nirajkumar Jain’s rightful claim of ₹1,03,120 disbursed following review.
  • Solar Subsidy Released: Shri Naresh Chauhan got his ₹1,08,000 rooftop solar subsidy approved after CPGRAMS intervention.
