Handling of matters related to the Associations in respect of distinct categories of CCAS employees
📝 Overview

All matters related to the Associations in respect of three distinct categories of CCAS employees are now being handled as per the following arrangement with immediate effect:

🔄 New Arrangement
  • HR-II Section ➜ All matters related to the Sr.AO (Gr. A) Association(s)
  • HR-III Section ➜ All matters related to the AAOs (Gr. B) Association(s)
  • HR-IV Section ➜ All matters related to the Group 'B' (Non-Gazetted) Association(s) and Group 'C' Association(s)
⚠️ Important Notice: This arrangement is effective immediately from 27th November, 2025. All stakeholders are directed to adhere to this new structure for handling association-related matters.
📮 Distribution List (Copy To)
  1. The Sr.AOs (HR-II / III), O/o the CGA
  2. The Sr.AO (HR-IV) – With direction to transfer all relevant records to concerned sections
  3. The Sr.AO (GIFMIS) – For uploading O.M. on CGA website
  4. Guard file
