Age Limits

  • Serving Officers: Not exceeding 56 years as on closing date of applications
  • Retired Officials: Not exceeding 62 years as on closing date of applications

Educational Qualifications (Essential)

  • Degree from a recognized University/Institute
  • 2 years experience in Administration, Establishment & Accounts matters in a supervisory capacity in a Government office or public body of repute
  • Good knowledge of Financial Rules and Rules & Regulations of Government of India

Desirable Qualifications

  • Any Post Graduate Degree/Diploma in Business Administration / Personnel Administration / Public Administration
  • Knowledge of working on computers
🔄 Method of Recruitment

A. Deputation (On Foreign Service)

For Central Government Officers:
  • Holding the post of Section Officer on regular basis (CSS), OR
  • Holding the post of Assistant Section Officer (ASO) of CSS or equivalent service with 8 years of regular service in the Grade
  • Having experience in Administration/Establishment/Accounts matters with adequate knowledge of Government Rules and Regulations

B. Contract Basis (For Retired Officers)

Eligibility Requirements:
  • Should have retired as Section Officer or Assistant Section Officer
  • Minimum 8 years of regular service in the Grade from Central Government
  • Must possess all qualifications and experience mentioned in Essential criteria
💰 Salary & Prerequisites

For Serving Officers

  • Governed by DOPT O.M No. 6/8/2009 – Estt. (Pay-II) dated 17.06.2010 and amendments
  • Leave Salary and Pension Contribution paid by Grih Kalyan Kendra

For Retired Central Government Officers

Terms & Conditions (As per M/o Finance OM dated 09.12.2020):
  • Fixed Remuneration: Basic Pension amount deducted from pay at retirement
  • No Increment: No percentage increase during contract period
  • Dearness Allowance: NOT admissible; remuneration remains fixed
  • Transport Allowance: Fixed amount (not exceeding rate at retirement) for commuting
  • HRA: NOT admissible
⏱️ Term of Engagement
  • Serving Officers: Period of Deputation ordinarily not exceeding 3 years
  • Retired Officers: Initial contract for 2 years, extendable year-on-year up to maximum of 5 years or till age 65 years, whichever is earlier
