Who Should Apply

Eligible candidates are those who cleared the AAO (Civil) CBT 2022 and are awaiting promotion to the AAO grade. They may exercise their option based on seniority and vacancy availability.

How to Submit Your Option Form

1. Download the Option Form (Annexure-II) from the CGA website.
2. Fill in personal details: Full Name, Category, Date of Birth, Present Designation, Ministry/Department, Current Posting Station, Contact No.
3. Select up to five preferred stations in order of priority.
4. Sign the undertaking agreeing to be posted to other stations if required.
5. Email the scanned form to groupbsec-cga@gov.in by 10 October 2025.
