ORDERS

Ms. Aastha Saxena Khatwani, Additional Controller General of Accounts (PFMS) is authorized to issue Sanction for prosecution under Section 17 A of Prevention of Corruption Act, 1988 (as amended in 2018) and to impose Major Penalties under Rule 11 (v) to (ix) of CCS (CCA) Rules, 1965 in respect of all group 'B' officers/ officials of the Departmentalized Accounts Officers of the Government of India in case of a Ministry or Department where there is no Principal Chief Controller of Accounts posted.

This issues with the approval of Competent Authority.
