NABH Eye Care Accreditations
The National Accreditation Board for Hospitals & Healthcare Providers (NABH) has awarded eye care accreditations to several ASG Hospital facilities in West Bengal. These certifications validate adherence to stringent patient-safety and quality-of-care standards.
ASG Hospital Sreebhumi (Kolkata)
Certificate No: ECO-2022-0348 (Dec 28, 2022 – Dec 27, 2025)
ASG Hospital Siliguri
Certificate No: ECO-2025-0600 (Aug 28, 2025 – Aug 27, 2028)
ASG Hospital Kamarhati (Kolkata)
Certificate No: ECO-2023-0420 (Aug 17, 2023 – Aug 16, 2026)
ASG Hospital Tollygunge (Kolkata)
Certificate No: ECO-2024-0473 (Feb 08, 2024 – Feb 07, 2027)
CGHS De-empanelment Orders (6-Month Suspension)
On October 15, 2025, CGHS HQ issued six-month de-empanelment orders against the following providers due to fraudulent billing and CGHS card misuse. All in-patient treatments already underway will continue at CGHS rates until discharge.
- Shakuntla Nursing Home & Hospital (Sagarpur West, Delhi)
- Umang Superspeciality Hospital (Gurugram)
- Kalra Hospital, Dwarka (Delhi)
- Aarvy Hospital (Civil Lines, Gurgaon)
Credentials for these facilities will be deactivated 22 days after order issuance, ensuring a controlled transition for beneficiaries.
