Important CGHS Panel Updates for Delhi/NCR: Aarogyam Clinic Suspended, ADEP Diagnostics Exits

For Central Government Health Scheme (CGHS) beneficiaries in the Delhi/NCR region, there are two significant updates regarding empanelled healthcare facilities. Based on Office Memorandums issued in October 2025, one clinic has been suspended for non-compliance, while another diagnostic center has been permitted to exit the panel.

Here are the details you need to know.

1. Aarogyam Clinic (Budh Vihar) Suspended from CGHS Empanelment

The empanelment of Aarogyam Clinic, located at U-1/34, Budh Vihar, Phase-I, Delhi-110086, has been suspended under CGHS.

Reason for Suspension:

The suspension, effective from 23.10.2025, was enacted because the clinic failed to meet a mandatory requirement.

  • On 14.08.2025, the clinic was granted a renewal of its empanelment as a Day Care Centre.
  • This renewal was conditional upon the submission of a valid NABH accreditation certificate to CGHS within 30 days.
  • It was observed that the clinic did not submit the required NABH certificate within the stipulated period.
  • According to the Office Memorandum, NABH accreditation is a "mandatory requirement for empanelment and continued association under CGHS".

What This Means for CGHS Beneficiaries:

The empanelment is suspended "until further orders or up to 27.06.2026". The following conditions apply with immediate effect:

  • No New Admissions: The clinic is "strictly directed not to admit any new patient or initiate any new treatment".
  • Ongoing Treatment: The clinic must complete all ongoing treatments for existing CGHS beneficiaries within five (05) days from the order's issue date (23.10.2025).
  • Reimbursement Claims: No reimbursement claims for treatment at the clinic will be admissible from the date of the order, except for treatments completed within the permitted five-day period.

2. ADEP Clinical Research & Diagnostics (Mathura Road) Exits CGHS Panel

In a separate Office Memorandum, ADEP Clinical Research & Diagnostics has been permitted to exit the CGHS panel.

  • Facility: ADEP Clinical Research & Diagnostics
  • Location: B-1, Ext., A-39, Mohan Co-operative Industrial Estate, Mathura Road, New Delhi-110044
  • Effective Date: The exit from the CGHS panel is effective from 21.10.2025.

CGHS beneficiaries should take note of this change and seek services from other empanelled diagnostic centers.
