De-empanelment of Yathaarth Dental Care, Bareilly from CGHS Lucknow

Yathaarth Dental Care, located in Bareilly, Uttar Pradesh (Empanelment Code: HOSP9P195873), has been officially removed from the list of health organizations associated with the Central Government Health Scheme (CGHS), Lucknow. As per the notice received by the CGHS office, Yathaarth Dental Care submitted a one-month notice of withdrawal from the panel on October 13, 2025.
Following this notice, Yathaarth Dental Care will cease to be part of the CGHS Lucknow empanelled healthcare organizations list effective from November 13, 2025. This change is to be noted by all relevant authorities and stakeholders for record-keeping and necessary action.
