OFFICE MEMORANDUM
Subject: Consolidated List of Private Healthcare Organizations under CGHS in Delhi & NCR.
The undersigned is directed to state that the Central Government Health Scheme (CGHS) has updated the consolidated list of Private Healthcare Organizations (HCOs) empanelled under CGHS in Delhi and the National Capital Region (NCR) as on 24.09.2025. This list includes Hospitals, exclusive Eye Centers, Dental Clinics, and Diagnostic Imaging Centers.
2. The empanelled HCOs are required to adhere to the CGHS guidelines and rates as per the Memorandum of Agreement (MoA) signed with CGHS. The empanelment is valid until 30th April 2026, or until the finalization of the next empanelment process, whichever is earlier, unless otherwise specified. The detailed list of empanelled HCOs, including their accreditation status, services offered, and contact information for nodal officers, is available on the CGHS website: www.cghs.mohfw.gov.in. Beneficiaries and stakeholders are advised to refer to this website for the most current information.
3. Some private Health Care Organizations (HCOs) have recently been empanelled under CGHS in Delhi NCR. The names of these HCOs have not yet been updated in the CGHS Dispensary Referral Module. Accordingly, it is hereby directed that all CMO in-charge of CGHS Wellness Centres shall accept the prescriptions issued by these newly empanelled HCOs, provided that the CGHS beneficiary produces a valid referral slip.
4. For any changes and updates, related to the empanelment status or services of listed HCOs, please address your concerns in writing to the Joint Director, CGHS Headquarters, at the email address jdgrlrg.dl@cghs.nic.in. All communications should include relevant details such as the name of the HCO, nature of the issue, and supporting documentation to facilitate prompt resolution.
