Important Update for CGHS Beneficiaries

The Central Government Health Scheme (CGHS) has issued an official memorandum removing Pawan Hospital (A Unit of Pawan Healthcare Pvt Ltd), Samaypur Road Near Sector-56, Faridabad-121004 from its empanelment for a period of six months.

Reason for De-Empanelment

The decision follows:

  • Multiple complaints of fraudulent and incorrect billing
  • Evidence of CGHS card misuse
  • Confirmation after examining the hospital’s replies

Protection for Current Patients

Beneficiaries admitted before 16th October 2025 will continue to receive treatment at CGHS rates until discharge.

Implementation Timeline

The National Health Authority (NHA) will deactivate the hospital’s CGHS portal access within 22 days of the order.
