As per the accreditation of NABH vide certificate no. ECO-2025-0600 valid from 28th August 2025 to 26th August 2028 the accreditation of ASG Eye Hospital, Pranami Mandir Road, Opp Krijiwal Kidney & Stone Clinic, Ward No 40 Siliguri, West Bengal - 734001 has been changed NABH from QCI recommended with immediate effect.
As per the scope of the NABH accreditation following services will be provided by the said HCO:
Anesthesiology, Ophthalmic Emergency, Comprehensive Ophthalmic Services, Cataract Services, Glaucoma Services, Cornea Services (excluding Transplant), Medical Retina Services, Surgical Retina Services, Oculoplasty & Reconstructive Surgery, Refractive Services, Uvea Services, Neuro ophthalmology, Strabismus, Community Opthalmology.
